We are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. If you have questions, please reach out to us at questions@campus-classics.com, and we will respond within 1 business day.
Due to a higher volume of inquiries during the holiday season, customer service is also available on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM EST, starting the first Saturday before Thanksgiving through the last Saturday before Christmas.

What does the "Awaiting Fulfillment" status mean on my order?
This means our in-house production team is working on your order! Since most of our products are made in real time, some items may take longer to fulfill.
How do orders ship?
Most items ship via FedEx and can be tracked at FedEx.com. Please note, we are not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.
Shipping and Fulfillment
We offer two shipping options:

Standard shipping: Ships within 5-7 business days

Rush shipping: Ships within 3-5 business days
Most of our items are made to order. If you have a firm deadline, we highly recommend selecting rush shipping.

Orders are processed the next business day; weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

Standard shipping rates are based on your order total.
We will attempt to cancel orders if contacted within 24 hours of placement, but cannot guarantee cancellation due to varying production times.
Where do orders ship from?
Most items ship from our headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. Some products, such as personalized paddles and hockey jerseys, ship from separate locations.
My package was returned to sender due to an invalid address. What now?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a corrected one. We will reship your order once at no extra charge. If it is returned again, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. If we don’t receive a response within 30 days, your order will be canceled and refunded for the item cost only (excluding shipping).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure address to help prevent package theft.
How do I rush an order?
Rush shipping can be selected during checkout for an additional fee. We cannot upgrade to rush shipping after an order has been placed. Personalized paddles and hockey jerseys are not eligible for rush shipping.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email us at questions@campus-classics.com with your name, order number, and a photo. We will issue a return label and correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, returns are accepted up to 60 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Submit a return/exchange request here: https://www.campusclassics.com/a/return. Include your order number in or on the return package. Packages without an order number will not be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Replacements
If an item is defective or incorrect, email questions@campus-classics.com with photos and a description. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and send a replacement. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item. Production and shipping times for replacements vary.
Can I shop in person?
We are an online-only store and do not have a physical storefront.
Sizing and Availability
We aim to carry true-to-size products and include size charts on each item. Sizes available on the website reflect our current inventory. We are expanding size availability and now offer many items in small and 3XL.
Clearance Items
If a size is not listed on a clearance item, it is sold out. Clearance items are not restocked and are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
Missing Order Confirmation Email
Check your spam folder. If you received a confirmation number, your order was successfully placed and can be tracked through your account.
