Sent me the wrong size, then refused to give me money back. Only gave me a gift card, which is useless because why would I buy more products from a company that can’t even send me the right size? Customer service was abysmal. I tried and tried to connect with somebody over the phone but all I got was a difficult AI-controlled “concerns portal” and never got a response back. Clearly a scam company. I go to a large university that would love to make large purchases, but I am disappointed that this company is so incompetent. Do better.
