So you’re the rush chair for this semester? Great to meet you! I’m sure you’re getting all sorts of texts from potential new members before the big week starts.
You’re probably going to want some sort of apparel for brothers to wear and stand out, which is why we’re here to help! Here’s a quick checklist of how to crush this recruitment season and avoid all the chaos.
Build a timeline and budget (the earlier, the better)
Don’t make the mistake this year of waiting too long to order. Start by planning a timeline including when you’d like the shirts according to your recruitment schedule. We know how hectic recruitment can be and can absolutely speed up the process if need be!
You’ll also want to create a budget on how much you’d like to spend on the order. We’d greatly appreciate a price range beforehand. But if not, we can absolutely work with you to get the best deal possible for this event.
Picking a design with your chapter’s vision in mind
A huge part of recruiting new members is selling them on your chapter’s vision and identity, and custom apparel certainly helps with that. Feel free to check out our design vault if you are looking for a place to start!
You’ll also want to figure out what type of apparel you’d like the design to be on. Are you looking for a quick and simple t-shirt design? Or are you looking to step up your style and choose from some of our premium brands? We’re more than happy to accommodate any requests, just let us know your preference!
Order like a Champ
You’re going to need to get sizes for your merch somehow. Whether it’s through a Google Form, a GroupMe survey, or a spreadsheet, skip the craziness and stay organized when gathering the sizes for your order. Once you have them, you can send it to the team member working on your order and we’ll send over payment information.
If none of this works, we also offer a custom link that works as an online storefront. This option works so you can place an order anytime, anywhere. We only ask that you provide a date you’d like the link to close so we can start on your order right away!
