How long does it take to receive an order?
Something unique about our business is that we make your items to order! That means you're receiving a unique item made by our in-house production team just for you. Standard Production (no rush) means that your order will need up to 5-7 business* days for production before leaving our warehouse. Rush Production means that your order will need up to 3 business* days for production before leaving our warehouse. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin production on the following business* day. When your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier.
