United Statesthe product itself is excellent , however your return policy is idiotic. An online vendor who refuses to allow returns , particularly when the customer simply wants a different size is a nonsensical policy . The entire problem with selling online vs. in-store purchasing is the customer wants to see , feel and try-on the item before buying . Sizing among sellers can be radically disparate Change the rules on returns or I for one will not be buying from you again . Why would I take a chance on a somewhat pricey item online when an instore purchase guarantees I can examine an item and return it , for almost any reason
