How long does it take to receive an order?
Standard shipping and fulfillment should ship within 7 business days. Rush shipping and fulfillment will have your order ship within 4 business days. We make your items to order, so it’s really being made just for you! We advise choosing Rush Shipping if you have a strict due date.

Our Personalized Paddles and Personalized Hockey Jerseys are shipped from a separate location, but everything else is shipped from:

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?
Log in to your Campus Classics account anytime to check on your order! Most orders go out through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and you can track it on USPS.Com with your tracking number. Other orders beginning in “1Z” have gone out through UPS and can be tracked on UPS.com.

My order says it is "Awaiting Fulfillment"; when will I get it?
This means that your order is in the process of being made by our in-house production team. Some items have a longer lead time to fulfillment, like our hockey jerseys.

How are items shipped?
Most orders go through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and can be tracked on USPS.com once you receive your tracking number. We sometimes ship through UPS, and you can track that shipment at UPS.com. We're not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.

What are the shipping and handling fees for an order?
Standard Shipping rates are based off the dollar amount of your order:

Up to $19.99: $5.95

$20.00-$29.99: $7.95

$30.00-$39.99: $8.95

$40.00-$49.99: $9.95

$50.00 + : $10.95

My package was returned because the address was invalid?

Packages can come back to its original sender if the address is not correct. We try our best to prevent incorrect addresses, but if we receive yours back, we will contact you for a new address. We will reship your order one time for no additional charge, but if it comes back to us again, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. If we do not hear back from the customer within 30 days, you will be refunded for the cost of your items (this does not include shipping).

Is there a way to rush my order?
Yes! Most items are eligible for Rush Shipping for an additional fee. This must be done when placing your order and cannot be upgraded after an order has been placed. Personalized Paddles and Personalized Hockey Jerseys are not eligible for Rush Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer International Shipping to Canada. There is an extra fee of $20 for International Shipping. Duties, fees, and taxes may still apply. Rush Shipping is not available for international orders.

Can I pay by a check or money order?
You can mail your check or money order with your completed order form to us at:

You can download our printed order form here. If you can’t print our order form, you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper. Please include your name, address, and phone number. Please also include the item number and/or name and the size you want.

What if my order comes damaged or incorrect?
If your item(s) come damaged or incorrect, please email us at questions@campus-classics.com with your name, order number, and a picture to verify, and we'll issue you a return label. We want to make your order right!
 

What is the return and exchange policy?
You’re welcome to return anything you don’t like up to 90 days if it’s not worn, washed, or damaged and it is not a personalized item (this includes “Pick Your Colors” items and anything with names or initials). Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns will be refunded for the full purchased price and does not include shipping. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your return or exchange back to us using the shipping method of your choice. We cannot claim responsibility for the condition of your return or exchange that comes in the mail. Coupons and discount codes aren’t valid for returns or exchanges.

Please download the return and exchanges printed form to assist with returns and exchanges here and insert it in your package back to us. If you can’t print our order form, you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper.

Returns: Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number. Then please specify which items you are returning and how you would like your refund. See address below.

Exchanges: Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number. Please specify which items you are returning and which items you want in exchange, including the size. If the item you are wanting is less than the original item, we will issue a refund. If the item you are wanting is more than the original item, please include a check or money order for the price difference. See address below.

Can I come to your location to shop or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for customers to visit. Our staff is only equipped to handle phone calls and emails.

How do the sizes run?
Because we’re an online store, we try our best to make our items run true to size. Many of our items have a size chart included on the product's page. We've made a generic size chart for those products that don't have a chart included.

Do you have items available in sizes that are not posted like Small or XXXL?
All available sizes are posted online, including clearance items. We are constantly working to expand our sizing options for products! Some items are available in size 3X and many items are available in size small.

Can I have an item custom made?
Absolutely! We have another website for custom orders here. Browse our design vault for ideas and contact our team to get an order started! You can email our custom team at custom@campus-classics.com for any inquiries, questions, and orders. The minimum for custom orders is 24 pieces.

What should I do if I didn’t receive an email for my order confirmation?
If you have your confirmation number, you can rest assured your order has been received. You can log in to your account and check on it. The email may have been sent to your spam filter.

I'm trying to order a Clearance item, but I'm having trouble ordering my size.
If your size isn't listed, it's sold out. We don't restock or remake clearance items so if you see your size and want it, buy it before someone else does! Clearance items aren't eligible for return or exchange.
