We want you to love what you order!
But if for some reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase you can Exchange or Return!

Exchange & Return Policies

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange, refund to your original payment or a Campus Classics credit. Note:  Customized and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged; these sales are final.  All returns must be made within 90 days of placing your order. 

   *Items must be not washed or worn. 
   *Items personalized with your name or your personal initials aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
   *Items that are marked down for Clearance are the last of their kind! They aren’t eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are the quickest and most cost effective. If you're exchanging an item we ship it back out to you with Free Shipping! So browse our site before returning an item to make sure you do not want to exchange the item instead.

You may download our return form, or you can use a plain sheet of paper and include the following:

  • Indicate what you're returning and why.
  • Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or a Campus Classics credit. If you're wanting an item in exchange please remember to include the size you want.
  • Please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning.
  • You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us using the shipping method of your choice. We can't be responsible for returns that don't arrive here safely.

Please note that not all items are produced in all sizes. If the item you ordered was marked down for clearance, many sizes may be sold out. Refunds are applied to the card number of the original purchase. Refunds are for full purchase price of the product. (This does not include shipping and handling.) If the cost of the exchange is more than the original price please include a check, money order, or allow us to use the original payment method for the difference. (We don't recommend you mail any credit card information.) Coupons and discount codes are not valid in exchanges.
