How long does it take to receive an order?
Many items are ready to ship immediately! Other items are decorated with your Greek letters or symbols after your order is placed. Often we’re making these items just for you! Production is done very quickly for you to receive a shipping confirmation within a few days. Standard delivery should have your order in your hands in less than ten business days.

 

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?
Log in to your account anytime!  Most orders are shipped by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You can track these shipments with your tracking number at  USPS.Com.  Tracking numbers beginning with "1Z" are UPS tracking numbers. They can be tracked at UPS.com

 

My order says it is "Awaiting Fulfillment"; when will I get it?
Some items are decorated with your Greek letters or symbols after your order is placed. Often we’re making these items just for you! Production is done very quickly for you to receive a shipping confirmation within a few days. Standard delivery will usually have your order in your hands in less than ten business days.

 

How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped by UPS, U.S. Postal Service, and Priority Mail depending upon the size and weight of the order. Every shipment has a tracking number and can be followed at USPS.com or UPS.com.

 

What are the shipping and handling fees for an order?
Standard shipping and handling rates are based on the price of your order
Up to $19.99: $5.95
$20.00-$29.99: $7.95
$30.00-$39.99: $8.95
$40.00-$49.99: $9.95
$50.00 + : $10.95

 

Is there a way to rush my order?
Most of the time rush service is no problem! We can rush your order to be in your hands in three business days or less. Not only do we expedite the shipping, but we also rush your order through any necessary production. Sweet! Of course, there is an additional fee for Rush Service.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We ship orders within the United States and to Canada. An additional twenty dollars is required to ship to Canada. Duties, fees and taxes may still apply, and rush delivery is not possible.

 

Can I pay by a check or money order?
You can mail your check or money order with your completed order form to us at:

You can download our printed order form here. If it is not possible for you to print our order form you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper. Please include your name, address, and phone number. Be sure to include the proper shipping and handling fee from the chart above, and indicate what sizes you need if you're ordering garments.

 

What is the return and exchange policy?
If you don’t like something for any reason send it back. We’ll give you a refund for the full purchase price!* 
No “restocking fee”.

We know people like to shop early for gift giving holidays. We handle returns and exchanges up to ninety days later, No Questions Asked! It’s just the right thing to do!
If you're exchanging an item we ship it back out to you with Free Shipping! 
   *Items must be not washed or worn. 
   *Items personalized with your name or your personal initials aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
   *Items that are marked down for Clearance are the last of their kind!

You can download a form to assist with returns and exchanges here.  If you're not able to print you can write the relevant information on a plain piece of paper.  Please include your name, address, and phone number. Write down the item we should find in the package you are returning. Also if you're wanting an item in exchange please remember to include the size you want. Please note that not all items are produced in all sizes. If the item you ordered was marked down for clearance, many sizes may be sold out. Refunds are applied to the card number of the original purchase. Refunds are for full purchase price of the product. (This does not include shipping and handling.) If the cost of the exchange is more than the original price please include a check, money order, or allow us to use the original payment method for the difference. (We don't recommend you mail any credit card information.) Coupons and discount codes are not valid in exchanges. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your return or exchange back to us using the shipping method of your choice for cost and convenience. Can I come to your location to shop or exchange an item?
We are not equipped to accommodate walk-in customers. We do not have a store ront, and our staff is trained only for telephone and Internet orders. Please allow us to ship your order to you as this is how we operate best.

 

How do the sizes run?
Shopping online is great, but you can't try stuff on!  We try our best to make sure all items run true to size. As a guideline we've provided this sizing table:

Do you have items available in sizes that are not posted like Small or XXXL?
All of the available sizes are posted online. We do offer a hoodie in custom colors in both Small and XXXL!

 

Can I suggest an item for you to carry?
That would be awesome!  We are always looking for new cool stuff to offer.  It would be like you're doing our job for us. We might even give you a timecard!

 

Can I have an item custom made?
We love custom orders, but there is a minimum quantity that must be ordered. The minimum is twenty-four pieces. Shoot us an email and let us know what you're planning!

 

I know I placed my order, but I never received an email confirmation.
If you have your confirmation number, you can rest assured your order has been received.  You can log in to your account and check on it.  The email may have been sent to your spam filter.

 

I'm trying to order a Clearance item, but I'm having trouble ordering my size.
Like the clearance rack at the mall, if you size isn't there it is sold out.  We don't restock clearance items.  If you see your size, buy it before someone else does! (Clearance items are the last of their kind! They aren't eligible for return or exchange.)
